Exchange policy

In accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Industry and Trade governing consumer exchange rights, our valued customers in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan can exchange purchased products within 72 hours of purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Products can be exchanged if they have a manufacturing defect or flaw.

Products to be exchanged must be in resalable condition, in their original packaging, unopened, and accompanied by a valid receipt.

Customers can exchange purchased products, provided the above conditions are met, even if the products were purchased during sales or promotional periods (same price).
