Shipping and Delivery Policy

·         Clear address to ensure fast delivery.

·         The address must include the building number, villa number, or apartment number, in addition to the street name and city.

·         The phone number and name of the person concerned must be recorded.

 

Before submitting your order, you must carefully check the product specifications and agree to abide by the site's terms of use.

We ship orders through the "Home Delivery" service daily except Fridays, official holidays, Eid and occasions, and deliver them within 5 working days from the date of order confirmation. The "Home Delivery" service is a "door to door" service in most cases, but we apologize for not applying this service in some cases due to the limited availability of the delivery company in some remote areas and the lack of clarity of the address.

Delivery fees:

If the order is less than JOD 30.00 a delivery fee of JOD 2.00 will be paid.

If it is more than JOD 30.00, the customer will get Free Delivery.
